I just discovered that I am already late in tackling some issues with adding and subtracting positive and negative integers. I had kept it waiting hoping that I will stumble upon high quality learning resources or somebody who can help out with absolute values, adding fractions and x-intercept. May be, I did not explore hard enough. But now I am running out of time. It is simply not easy to unearth an excellent teacher to quickly teach me. It is beyond what I can manage to pay for.
